Chardonnay and nature

There are grapes that grow to follow a rule, and then there’s Chardonnay. Not this one; it’s born to embrace the world.

Chardonnay is a blank sheet of paper on which the wind, the earth, and human hands write ever-changing poems. If it grows in a cold, biting climate, it becomes sharp as a blade of light, smelling of green apples and releasing a taut, vibrant minerality reminiscent of stone washed by the waves. But just move it under a warmer sun to see it blossom, soft and welcoming, taking on tropical nuances of mango, acacia honey, and white flowers that dance in the glass.
