GRAPE HARVEST
Hand picked with late selection of grapes and aged for 6 months in small oak barrels of 225 liter and than in bottle for 12 months
VINIFICATION TECHNIQUES
Traditional skin fermentation for 8-10 days
AGEING
In French oak barrels for 6 months
FOOD AND WINE PAIRING
Red meat, grilled and after a meal, as a meditation wine
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Best at 18°C., pouring it in decanter if long aged
