GRAPE HARVEST
Hand selection of the best grape bunches coming from hilly vineyards. The grape is collected in small crates and left to raisin in order to achieve a high concentration of sugar, extracts and aroma
VINIFICATION TECHNIQUES
Raisining of the grapes for 3-4 months followed by traditional skin fermentation and 3-4 weeks of maceration
AGEING
In oak barrels for 2 years and than preservation in stainless steel tanks
FOOD AND WINE PAIRING
Red meat, raised meat, game and aged cheese, “meditation wine”
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Best at 20°-22° C. pouring it in decanter, preferably to drink it with a big glass with a large mouth to better oxigenate this great wine
