The varieties of olive trees (Leccino and Pendolino) that surround the Castello di Pozzolengo give the product a particular personality: fruity, fresh, harmonious flavor with a pleasant almond vein also due to the clayey soil in which the olive trees grow, in the LUGANA wine area.
